Step 1:  You will need to download the California eRealty MLS Entry Only Agreement and Disclosure Form, complete, sign and fax back to us. These Listing Features and our Listing Syndication service come standard.

Step 2:  Complete the MLS Data Input Form also located on our Forms page and either email or fax us the form and email a minimum of one photo.  Once received, your property will normally be listed in less than 24 hours. 

Step 3:  As soon as your listing is on the MLS you will receive an email link to your listing on the MLS, an email PDF attachment of your MLS Listing, and login access to all of the free tools we have created for you, including a color flyer creator, personal listing web page, html classified ad creator and many other resources and tools.  Please carefully review your listing for accuracy.  Your REALTOR.com listing will be online approximately 48 hours after your MLS listing goes online. Also in this email you will find our request for payment links. You have the option of paying with Visa, Master Card and Paypal. Payments are due 48 hours after being listed on the MLS or your listing may be withdrawn or cancelled.
