For example on a home that a seller has agreed to pay a 3% buyer commission:

Buy a "brand new construction home" and receive more savings -- $4,125 on a $275,000 home.
The only conditions we set for our special REBATE program is that the real estate listing must be offered in the real estate broker's official multiple listing service database; that the seller is offering a cooperating broker commission/fee of a minimum of 2.0% on re-sales; and if the property is new construction, the builder is offering a cooperating broker commission/fee of at least 2.5%.
If you as a buyer are interested in a For Sale by Owner home for sale, we still may be able to represent you and your exclusive interests; however, these open market sales may not be eligible for participation in this exclusive REBATE program when the commission offered does not meet the thresholds stated above or the seller is not willing to negotiate or pay a buyer agent commission.
